We do not sell your data, nor do we share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. International transfers

Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google AdSense) adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Data processed by PostHog is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt) and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Retention period

Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months in Google Analytics. PostHog retains data for 1 year. Google advertising cookies expire after a maximum of 13 months. Contact emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPD-GDD), you have the right to:

Access: know what data we hold about you.
Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
Erasure: request deletion of your data.
Restriction: restrict processing in certain circumstances.
